Return Policy

We accept returns for products purchased from KwensKloset only, and all returns are inspected upon receipt.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, undamaged condition, with all tags and liners still attached.
We may decline returns that exhibit signs of use or fail to meet the specified requirements.

Refunds

We will notify you of the status of your return - whether it has been accepted or refused - This notification will occur once your return has been received and inspected.
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund and apply it to the original payment method.
